Patricia Fearing was a fictional physical therapist employed by the Shrublands Health Clinic. Based on the literary character who first appeared in Ian Fleming’s 1961 novel Thunderball, she was portrayed by British actress Prunella Gee in its 1983 cinematic reimagining, Never Say Never Again.
